Synergy Paraplanning was establish in December 2015. We have been servicing St. James's Place Partner Practices across the whole of the United Kingdom ever since. 

We have a mixture of Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualified Paraplanners who have been internally trained to Synergy and St. James's Place high standards. We have decades of financial services experience within the team.

We passed the 3,000 case milestone recently and as result there is not a type of case we have not come across du ring our time. We have gained considerable knowledge around client recommendations and quality standards within the St. James's Place framework.

We not only pride ourselves in providing a high quality service that has consistently surpasses St. James's Place own quality targets, but we are also very proud of the day to day relationship building that takes place between individual Paraplanners and our clients.
